Ingredients
- 45 g sliced Alexis de Portneuf Brie d’Alexis cheese
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) butter, room temperature
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2 slices white sandwich bread
- 1 tbsp. (15 mL) caramel spread
- ½ Anjou pear, not too ripe, core removed, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. (30 mL) miniature marshmallows
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a small bowl, mix butter and cinnamon.
Butter bread slices. Spread caramel on one of the slices of bread, and arrange pear, Brie d’Alexis cheese and marshmallows evenly. Top with the second slice of bread.
Preheat a large non-stick pan to medium-low. Cook grilled cheese 2 to 3 minutes to finish melting the cheese.
