Ingredients
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) white wine, blond beer or apple juice
- 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
- Alexis de Portneuf Cheese Fondue Blend
Directions
- Bring wine (lager or apple juice) to boil in the fondue pot.
- Gradually add the Alexis de Portneuf Cheese Fondue Blend and mix until creamy.
- Add lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Dip and enjoy!
Note: For an Italian-inspired fondue, add 60 ml (1/4 cup) of diced tomatoes before serving.
