Cheese Fondue

Directions

  1. Bring wine (lager or apple juice) to boil in the fondue pot.
  2. Gradually add the Alexis de Portneuf Cheese Fondue Blend and mix until creamy.
  3. Add lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring. 
  4. Dip and enjoy!

Note: For an Italian-inspired fondue, add 60 ml (1/4 cup) of diced tomatoes before serving.
